Rules & Regulations

Here you will find some simple rules for a better service proposed by National and Regional B&B Associations

1. check-in time: from 17:00 to 21:30 (please notify your arrival time the day before in order to have a better service)
2. check-out time within 11:00 of your departure day
3. the buffet-breakfast will be self-made by the Guests with our user-friendly coffee machine (croissants, jams and much more will be at our Guests' disposal)
4. the living-room, the kitchen and the bathroom are common rooms: please take care of your things locking your room's door
5. Smocking is not allowed in all rooms. You will be able to use the balcony for this purpose
6. Via Torino 54 - B&B will not be responsible for any objects left unattended in the structure
7. a notification sheet will be filled in by each guests (or by the family chief) for the necessary communication to the public security authority
8. the total amount will be paid when arriving at the B&B and will not be given back in case of early leaving
9. daily common rooms cleaning is guaranteed; bed linen and towels will be changed twice a week and at each Guest arrival
10. for any situation not taken into consideration in this paper the Director will give all necessary answers
